{Backbreaker vs Mangler in progress}
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: We
are back, and I would like to add that BigFig is still watching the match from a distance. What he is doing here,
we still don't know.
Geoffery Smith: During the break it looked like Mangler has really taken control over this match.
It really looks like he just might be able to take over.
Lex Victor: As
you can see, Backbreaker is standing there hunched over due to the onslaught of Mangler. Well, now Mangler is coming
at him at full force... oh no! Backbreaker just lifted him into the lights with a back body drop and Mangler landed
on the ropes in a most undesirable way!
Frenchie Parker: You
said it, Lex! There goes any plans he may have had for tonight! Or this whole week, for that matter!
Lex Victor: Well,
maybe, but right now, both men are on the floor.
{Match}
Backbreaker and Mangler are now
both on the canvas trying to get back up. The ref is now up to the count of three as both men try to recover and
get back to their feet. Backbreaker seems to be getting up now as the ref gets to five. Yes, he is now back to
his feet. He now runs over to Mangler who is now just barely getting up, but he gets caught just in time by a tackle
from Mangler. Backbreaker is now on the ground once again and Mangler wastes no time in going for a cover. Backbreaker
barely kicks out at two and the match continues.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: That
was a near fall right there. I almost thought this match was over!
Frenchie Parker: Well, Backbreaker is now attempting a suplex on the big man.. oh my! He got it! That
was very impressive! I didn't think he could do it!
Geoffery Smith: The man does have a bit of strength, I believe. But what's this now? He is picking
him up and a hard backbreaker by Backbreaker!
Lex Victor: I
think Backbreaker is coming back into this match!
{Match}
Backbreaker is now setting up Mangler
for a whip to the ropes, but Mangler blocks it. As this is happening, BigFig now runs up to the ring apron behind
the referee's back. It now looks like Mangler is going to whip Backbreaker in that direction.
{Commentary}
Geoffery Smith: Turn around, ref! Oh no! This could spell some real trouble for Backbreaker!
Lex Victor: Well,
the referee just saw it! He's going over to try to get BigFig out of the way, but now look! Oh my! Mangler just
whipped the Backbreaker right in to the referee! Oh no! They are both out cold on the canvas and Mangler looks
like he is going to go for the Mangler bomb! He's picking up Backbreaker... and down with a fierce powerbomb! Oh
no! Now he's going for the cover...
Frenchie Parker: No! Wait! There's Anvil with a steel chair in his hand! He just nailed Mangler in
the back of the head with it! He's out cold! BigFig is now trying to get back in the ring. but Anvil just nailed
him in the head as he was trying to get through the ropes! Now he's picking up Backbreaker... what's this? He just
put Backbreaker over Mangler for the cover! Now he's getting out of the ring... no wait... he's going over to the
ref. He has shaken the referee awake and he is going to Mangler and Backbreaker! He is counting! ONE!
Lex Victor: What
a slow count! TWO! Is he going to win? Will Mangler kick out?
Frenchie Parker: THREE! He did it! We have a new World Television Champion! He beat Mangler!
{Match}
Ring Announcer: The winner of this match, and NEW CNWF² World Television Champion, the Backbreaker!
The crowd cheers very loud as Backbreaker
is given the CNWF² World Television title. When he gets it, he holds it high into the air with both hands
as the fans scream more. His music then starts and he walks out of the arena.
{Backbreaker by pin and new CNWF² World Television Champion}
::The camera changes to a view of
the commentary table.::
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: Well, right here on Danger Zone we have just crowned a new Television champion. There are two other
titles which could possibly change hands, and that would include this next match of "Iron King" Jeff
Beam when he takes on Sub Zero in his first United States title defense. It sure will be something to see what
is going to happen in this match.
Geoffery Smith: There has definitely been a lot of bad blood between the two. In this match, we will see very contrasting
styles all the way from the wrestling itself to the actual ring attire. These both are very talented young athletes,
so we can expect to see a very competitive matchup. I think I have to go with the current champion to stay with
his gold because he seems meaner and tougher than Sub Zero.
Frenchie Parker: I look for this match to get downright nasty because that is exactly what I like!
Lex Victor: Either way, I believe this should be a promising match, and anyone would be a fool to change the channel
for this one. We have two big egos in the ring, so you will definitely see them try to cut eachother down. This
match should be something to see.
::The camera changes to a view of
the walkway.::
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is for the CNWF² United States Heavyweight title.
The challenger, standing at six feet two inches, weighing two-hundred sixty-five pounds... Sub Zero!
The "Mortal Kombat" song
by "The Immortals" blares throughout the stadium as the massive Sub Zero steps into the arena. The whole
crowd seems to come to life with boos as he walks to the ring. As the song gets going, it is noticeable that all
the names of the kombatants on "Mortal Kombat" have all been replaced with "Sub Zero". Finally,
he enters the ring and the fans boo extra loud as he enters the ring. He seems to not really care about anyone's
disapproval for him.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: That man is definitely out of this World, Lex!
Lex Victor: Well, the crowd on hand here really doesn't seem to care about how wierd he is. They just plain don't
like him.
Geoffery Smith: Well, I saw this man in action live and in person myself, and I have to say I was very impressed with
this young athlete. He has the ability to get the job done in the ring, and even though he may be a little strange,
he can get the job done and that's all that matters. I think people should recognize that sometime.
Frenchie Parker: Definitely. I believe that Subby has to be one of the better competitors here in the CNWF². He
has to be close to the top ten athletes in the entire federation.
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: And the champion, standing at six feet seven inches, weighing two-hundred seventy-five pounds... "Iron
King" Jeff Beam!
A mixed reaction goes through the
crowd as the "Iron King" walks into the arena. This large man has the CNWF² United States title
strapped around his waist as he walks to the ring as the fans continue to give him a fairly mixed reation. He finally
steps in and looks down at Sub Zero, and Zero returns the gaze with kind of a smirk of disrespect.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: Who is that again? The Lion King? I really hated that cartoon, Lex.
Lex Victor: I believe that is "Iron King" Jeff Beam, Parker.
Frenchie Parker: Whatever. Either way, he is in for a beating against Sub Zero! That guy sure is built!
{"Iron King" Jeff
Beam vs Sub Zero}
{United States Championship on
the line in one fall singles competition}
Geoffery Smith: Well, that could be so, Parker. Both these men have tremendous physical conditioning... well this
match has now begun, and it looks like Jeff Beam has started with a bit of a flexing contest.
{Match}
"Iron King" starts out
trying a little bit of intimidation tactics on Sub Zero by flexing his muscles. Sub Zero looks hardly impressed
as he sees the very well sculptured body of Jeff Beam in front of him. Sub Zero then takes off his shirt and puts
on a very impressive display of his own muscles which seems to actually rival Jeff Beam's musculature. The crowd
boos as Sub Zero does this, and he seems to be enjoying it. Jeff Beam takes this opportunity to tackle Sub Zero
to the canvas and both men begin to pummel eachother with fists on the mat. Jeff Beam finally gets out of the little
brawl and starts to stomp on Sub Zero a bit while he is down, but all that does is make Zero mad and he gets back
up. He looks Jeff Beam right in the eye and delivers a vicious shove to him which knocks Beam back a little. In
turn, Beam gets mad himself and pushes Sub Zero right to the mat.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: Well,
Sub Zero was just taken down by Jeff Beam, but I have to say that this isn't quite what I expected from Sub Zero.
I think most of us were expecting more of a guy just like the Sub Zero on Mortal Kombat, but I think he is proving
most of us wrong.
Geoffery Smith: Jeff Beam just attempted a clothesline, but Sub Zero just caught him and delivered
a perfect back roll and now he is out of the ring!
Frenchie Parker: I believe that is a Mortal Kombat move, Lex.
Lex Victor: What
did you expect? He's a martial artist.
{Match}
Sub Zero now flips over the top
rope and lands right in Jeff Beam's arms as he was getting up. Sub Zero now picks up Beam and delivers a martial
arts chop across his chest, followed quickly by a knee to the gut. He then takes a step back then delivers a high
crescent kick to Beam's face and Jeff Beam falls to the floor. Sub Zero goes back into the ring and waits for Beam
to get back into the ring.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: That
Sub Zero is really showing his stuff tonight, I'd say.
Frenchie Parker: I
really like his style. I mean when he gets into the ring he is pretty much all business.
Geoffery Smith: Now Beam is getting back up and now he is on the ring apron. It looks like Zero is
going try to stop him... nothing doing in this case! He just got caught by a shoulder to the gut by Jeff Beam.
He is now stepping over the top ropes... he's setting Zero up... German suplex! One! Two! And Zero just barely
kicked out that time.
{Match}
Sub Zero tries to regain his composure
as he gets up, but Jeff Beam catches him with an inverted bulldog which keeps him grounded. He quickly picks him
back up and delivers a devastating double underhook suplex, then he goes for a cover. Sub Zero kicks out right
at the one count and Jeff Beam looks a little frustrated.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: Sub Zero sure is resilient. He has taken a lot of punishment in this matchup so far.
Lex Victor: I
really don't know just how much more that Zero can take... oh no.. what's this? Beam is going outside the ring.
I think he is going to bring a chair into the ring. Sub Zero gets up now and he sees it! What is going to happen
now?
{Match}
Sub Zero now runs toward Jeff Beam
and does a backflip over the top rope. This smashes the chair hard against Beam and both competitors seem to be
a bit dazed after that. The referee is now counting higher and higher as niether of them can get back in the ring.
Sub Zero gets back up, but Jeff Beam stops him and they get into a bit of a slugging fight. Beam just pushes Zero
back to the ground and makes it back in the ring. Before Zero can get back in, the referee has already made it
to the ten count and the match is over.
Ring Announcer: The winner of this match, as a result of a disqualification... Jeff Beam!
The crowd gives a reaction with
a bit more cheers than boos as Jeff Beam is given the title back. He just exits the ring and looks at Sub Zero
as he seems to be a bit unhappy with the outcome of the match. After a while, he makes his way back to the locker
room himself.
{"Iron King" Jeff
Beam by pin and still CNWF² United States Champion}
::The camera changes to a view of
the commentary table.::
Lex Victor: Sub
Zero, I think is a bit disappointed after that. The match did end a bit shortly, but Sub Zero just couldn't get
back into the match.
Geoffery Smith: That Jeff Beam is a very focused wrestler, and it takes quite a bit to take a man like that down.
As good as Sub Zero is, he just didn't have what it took to counter his sly maneuvers.
Frenchie Parker: Yes. I definitely agree with you two there. Well, next we have Jason Agony taking on "Hip Hop"
Paul Pickney. I look for the InSaNe Clown to really do some damage in this matchup.
::The camera changes to a view of
the walkway.::
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is for the CNWF² Intercontinental Title. The challenger,
standing at six feet two inches, weighing two-hundred thirty-four pounds... "Hip Hop" Paul Pickney!
As Paul Pickney walks out, the
fans begin to cheer for him. He just kind of walks pretty slow to the ring as some bumping music plays in the background.
He eventually makes it to the ring and climbs onto the apron. He then hops over the top rope and walks to the middle
of the ring waiting for his opponent.
{Commentary}
Frenchie Parker: This man sure looks cocky. I think Jason Agony is gonna slap the taste out of his mouth!
Lex Victor: You could be right about that, Parker. Agony, a member of Chaos, had to work pretty hard to get the
Intercontinental belt. I believe he even had to go through one of the better former Intercontinental champions
to get it, namely Holocaust... at least he would of if he hadn't "no-showed" for the event. I am not
too sure if that was the way it went, but I know he did work through some tough competition to get there. In the
end his last two opponents were Donovan and Anvil to give you an idea what he was up against. However, he was still
somehow able to come through with the gold.
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: And the champion, standing at six feet six inches, weighing two-hundred eighty pounds... Jason Agony!
Agony seems not to even want to
waste any time and he quickly gets into the ring and starts attacking Pickney. The ref has to quickly ring the
bell.
{Jason Agony vs "Hip Hop"
Paul Pickney}
{Intercontinental Title on the line
in one fall singles competition.}
{Commentary}
Geoffery Smith: Well, Agony is really keeping Pickney on the ground... wait, what the heck is this?
Lex Victor: What
the hell is Da SuPerFan doing here?
{Match}
Da SuPerFan hops in the ring and
throws Agony off of Pickney. The ref immediately calls the disqualification. Da SuPerFan then starts pummeling
away at Pickney, but Agony seems to be pretty mad, so he tackles Da SuPerFan from behind and now both Pickney and
Agony start brawling with Da SuPerFan. After a while, he gets enough strength to throw both of them off, and then
he rolls out of the ring. He looks back at Pickney and Agony laughing, and Pickney goes after him. They get into
a fight which takes them back into the locker room.
Ring Announcer: The winner of this match as a result of a disqualification, and STILL CNWF² Intercontinental
Champion... Jason Agony!
The crowd is so mad at this point
that they start throwing trash in the ring at Agony as his arm is raised and he holds the Intercontinental Title
high in the air with his left hand.
{Jason Agony by disqualification
and still Intercontinental Champion}
::The camera changes to a view of the commentary
table.::
{Commentary Table}
Lex Victor: I am quite disappointed with that little debacle. I am sure we haven't seen the last of those two,
Da SuPerFan and Pickney. I think there may even be a return match of Agony and Pickney in the not too distant future.
Geoffery Smith: It seems like everyone wants a piece of the action here in CNWF². Well, this next match is going
to be quite something, that's for sure. We have a hot newcomer in Akai Daragon taking on the Evil Lord Pelius in
singles competition. This should turn out to be quite some matchup since Pelius' change in attitude recently. I
mean he is so evil now, Lex.
Lex Victor: Actually, the man has always been evil. I don't know what gave everyone the impression that he was
a man who was to be thought of as a role model. I mean sure everyone loved him, but they sure didn't like him because
he was a choir boy. In fact, his greatest moment was when he nearly chopped Weapon X's head off on that unforgettable
Thursday Night Thrash nearly a half a year ago. You can't really say that wasn't evil even though Weapon X had
asked for it. But no, he hasn't really had a change of heart. He has just realized that he has perhaps been holding
himself back from what he would actually be doing. I almost feel that CNWF² takes a back seat to his plans
of what could be global conquest.
Frenchie Parker: Ha ha ha! Sorry, Lex, but I have to laugh about that one! Ha ha! How does he expect to take over the
world when he is only a wrestler? Ha ha ha!
Geoffery Smith: Well, I guess he figures if a wrestler can run for president, why not take over the world? It is simple
logic, Parker. Really.
Lex Victor: Well, I don't know if that is actually the best analogy ever, Smith, but I guess it goes in this case.
Well, it looks as if this match is about to get started.
::The camera changes to a view of
the walkway.::
{Walkway}
Ring Announcer: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from the Land of the Rising Sun,
standing at five feet eleven inches, weighing two-hundred twenty-five pounds, Akai Daragon!
Japenese Music plays and the lights
go out, a red spot light shines on him as he enters. He walks slowly and is in a long red slik robe with a hood.
On the robe, is a huge red dragon. The head of the dragon is on the hood of the cloak, its neck starts on the hood
of the cloak and contuies on down to the shoulders of the cloak. There the body of the dragon is. Its four legs
and claws extend onto the front of the cloak. Its tail goes on down his right leg and looks to rap itself around
his leg. He keeps his head down and walks slowly to the ring. Once in the ring, he bows to the ref, then raises
up, quickly removes the robe, and shoots a huge fireball out of his mouth. Then the lights go back on.
{Commentary}
Lex Victor: We have to go to a commercial break, so stay with us!
